OPTION 1
50 per cent of repair costs agreed with engineer and insurer, be paid into your account before repairs commence. Remainder of repair costs (less 10 per cent plus vat baseline discount) be paid into your account within three working days of completion of repairs. This option is available irrespective of whether or not your customer requires a replacement vehicle. OPTION 2

85 per cent of value of repair costs agreed with engineer/insurer paid into your account before repairs commence. There will be no further payments. This option is available only if your customer requires us to provide a replacement vehicle either for the repair duration, or if impact damage rendered your customers vehicle undriveable/unuseable, the replacement vehicle will be provided immediately. The replacement will be of similar status to your customers vehicle. Labour rate £83.28 plus vat per hour (mainstream vehicles) £103.06 plus vat per hour (prestige vehicles).

OPTION 3
If your customer does not require a replacement vehicle, a payment to the equivalent of 80 per cent of repair costs agreed with inspecting engineer/insurer. The funds will be transferred into your account before repairs commence. Labour rate £83.28 plus vat per hour (mainstream vehicles) £103.06 plus vat per hour (prestige vehicles).
OPTION 4

100% of the value of your account be paid, no baseline discount. If recovery charges were incurred, these, too, will be paid, in full (limitation £275.00 plus vat). Payment will be made withi 7 working days of completion of repair.

PLEASE NOTE: You are perfectly at liberty to utilise after market/imitation panels (where structurally safe so to do). (Sam, I need to establish Dam’s labour rate (see option 4) and I will have this information on 24/03/26. I will of course advise you.

In respect of an email to repairers asking them to contact us, I would suggest the following:

We would like to offer you the opportunity of participating in our schemes that will include up front payments in respect of impact damage repairs.
